Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phtaya16's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
phtaya16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
